Agile Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects using agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
Team Leadership and Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, promoting agile principles and practices to achieve project goals.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Risk Management and Mitigation: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery is on track.
Continuous Improvement: Champion continuous improvement efforts within the team, encouraging feedback and iterative development to enhance project outcomes.
Agile Methodologies Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of agile practices and the ability to apply them effectively in project management. Professional certification in Agile Project Management (e.g., PMI-ACP) are preferred.
Leadership and Influence: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams towards achieving project objectives.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to align project goals with organizational strategy and adapt to changing environments.
Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and align stakeholders at all levels based on facts. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, JIRA) are welcome.
Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Proficiency in identifying challenges and developing innovative solutions, while remaining flexible to adapt to new information or changes in the project scope.
Fluent English and German.
