Data Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to develop and refine their data strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
BI Solutions Implementation: Design, develop, and implement BI solutions that enhance data analysis, reporting, and dashboarding capabilities.
Analytics and Insights: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions.
Client Engagement and Training: Engage with client stakeholders to understand their business challenges and provide training on BI tools and dashboards always what problem clients want to solve.
Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest BI tools, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the BI consulting services offered to clients.
Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into insightful and actionable intelligence.
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of BI technologies, tools, and methodologies with the ability to apply them to solve business problems. Technical expertise from in e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, SAP BI or Jira Plug-Ins is a plus.
Strategic Thinking: Capability to align BI initiatives with strategic business goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
Communication and Influence: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Adaptability and Curiosity: A keen interest in emerging BI technologies and trends, with the adaptability to learn and apply new tools and techniques.
Fluent English and German.
