Project Leadership: Lead SAP projects from initiation through to closure, ensuring objectives are met while adhering to agreed timelines and budgets.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, managing expectations and communications throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues, implementing mitigation and corrective actions to keep projects on track.
Team Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective resource allocation to achieve project milestones.
Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of project deliverables, ensuring solutions align with client needs and industry best practices.
SAP Expertise: Deep knowledge of SAP modules and the ability to navigate the SAP ecosystem effectively, including integration points and best practice methodologies. Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP), SAP Activate and SAP modules relevant to the role are a plus.
Project Management Proficiency: Strong project management skills, with expertise in planning, monitoring, and stakeholder communication.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex project information to make informed decisions and solve problems.
Communication and Influence: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project goals, plans, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
Adaptability and Resilience: Agility in adapting to change and overcoming project challenges, maintaining focus on project goals.
