GoLearnDo is seeking an SAP Specialist to strengthen our team of experts in delivering cutting-edge SAP solutions in specific or across various modules (FI/CO/SD/MM/APO/SCM/PS/HCM/SuccessFactors). As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our clients' business processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving strategic growth through the implementation of SAP solutions. We are looking for candidates at Associate, Consultant, and Senior levels, ready to leverage their SAP expertise in a dynamic consulting environment.

SAP Solution Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP solutions across various modules to meet business requirements.
Business Process Analysis: Analyze client business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities through SAP solutions.
Customization and Optimization: Customize SAP modules for enhanced functionality and efficiency, ensuring optimal alignment with client business strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their strategic goals, providing expert advice and recommendations on SAP solutions.
Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training and support to client teams, ensuring smooth adoption and proficient use of SAP systems.
SAP Module Expertise: Profound knowledge of at least one SAP module and its integration with other modules. Certification in relevant SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, SD, MM, APO, SCM, PS, HCM, SuccessFactors) clearly is a plus.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Deep understanding of business processes related to chosen SAP modules and the ability to analyze complex business scenarios and provide effective SAP-based solutions.
Strategic Planning: Skill in aligning SAP solutions with business strategies and objectives to drive growth and efficiency.
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members across all levels. Strong project management skills and experience in leading cross-functional teams would be a bonus.
Adaptability and Continuous Learning: A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest SAP developments and trends.
Fluent English and German.
