Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Lead and guide the Scrum team in all ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring effective execution and participation.
Impediment Removal: Actively identify and remove impediments that obstruct the Scrum team's ability to achieve their Sprint goals, fostering an environment of productivity and continuous progress.
Coach and Mentor: Serve as a coach to the team on agile practices and principles, helping them to grow in their roles and as a cohesive unit.
Stakeholder Communication: Ensure transparent and effective communication between the Scrum team and stakeholders, facilitating a clear understanding of project progress, impediments, and needs.
Continuous Improvement: Lead the team in identifying and implementing improvements to their processes, tools, and behaviors to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Agile Methodology Proficiency: Deep understanding of Scrum and other agile methodologies, with the ability to apply them effectively to drive projects.
Leadership and Facilitation: Strong leadership skills with the ability to facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project needs and work effectively under pressure.
Team Empowerment: Empower team members by providing support and guidance, fostering a sense of ownership and accountability. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic Thinking: Capability to think strategically about the use of agile practices to achieve business outcomes and continuous improvement.
Fluent English and German.
