This role offers a trajectory through Associate, Consultant, to Senior levels, providing a pathway for your professional growth alongside the evolution of our clients' businesses.

Strategic Planning and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market, industry, and internal analyses to inform strategic decisions and plans.
Client Collaboration and Advisory: Work directly with clients as a trusted advisor, guiding them through strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement processes.
Innovation and Transformation Guidance: Leverage the latest industry insights to drive innovation and transformation within client organizations, ensuring they remain competitive.
Implementation Oversight: Ensure the effective implementation of strategic initiatives, monitoring progress and adjusting plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Leadership and Team Development: Lead by example, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within both client organizations and our consultancy.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think critically and strategically, with a strong focus on actionable and impactful outcomes. Strong understanding of business models, digital transformation, and market analysis techniques.
Market Insight and Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and organizational capabilities to inform strategic planning.
Adaptability and Agility: Capacity to adapt strategies in response to changing market conditions and organizational needs. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Leadership and Influence: Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence client decisions and drive strategic initiatives forward.
Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interaction with clients and team members alike.
Fluent English and German.
