Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to develop and implement AI strategies that align with their business objectives and drive transformative outcomes.
Solution Design and Implementation: Design, prototype, and deploy AI solutions that solve complex business challenges, enhancing operational efficiency and creating new value propositions.
Data Analysis and Insights Generation: Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform AI solution development and strategic decision-making.
Stakeholder Engagement and Education: Engage with client stakeholders to communicate the value of AI initiatives, providing education and training to foster an AI-driven culture.
Continuous Learning and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest AI advancements and innovations, continuously learning and applying new knowledge to enhance consulting practices and solutions.
Technical Proficiency in AI: Deep knowledge of artificial intelligence methodologies, machine learning algorithms and the ability to apply them creatively to solve business problems. Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or similar, and AI development tools and frameworks are a plus. Alternatively, a very strong willingness to learn fast.
Strategic Thinking: Capability to develop strategic AI initiatives that align with and propel business objectives.
Communication and Influence: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making.
Adaptability and Innovation: Agility in adapting to new technologies and a commitment to driving innovation within client organizations.
Analytical and Critical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with a knack for critical thinking and problem-solving in complex environments.
Fluent English and German.
