Prompt Design and Development: Craft and refine AI-driven prompts that facilitate engaging and effective interactions between users and AI systems.
Optimization and Testing: Continuously test and optimize prompt performance to improve engagement rates, accuracy, and user satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with AI consultants, data scientists, and product teams to integrate conversational AI solutions into broader business applications.
User Experience Focus: Ensure that all prompt designs are user-centric, catering to diverse user needs and enhancing overall interaction quality.
Innovation and Research: Stay at the forefront of conversational AI trends, tools, and best practices, contributing to the team's continuous learning and innovation efforts.
Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to creatively address complex problems with innovative AI-driven solutions.
Technical Proficiency: Strong background in conversational AI, including understanding of NLP principles and prompt engineering techniques. Experience in AI, machine learning, natural language processing, or a similar role is a plus.
User-Centric Design: Focus on crafting interactions that are engaging, intuitive, and valuable to users. That includes strong analytical skills and the ability to work creatively in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability: Agile in adapting to new technologies and evolving project requirements.
Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams.
Fluent English and German.
